4. Uptime Guarantee

We aim for 99% uptime, but downtime may occur due to maintenance or unexpected issues. We do not offer compensation for any downtime or service interruptions.

5. No Warranties

Api Fuse services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the reliability, performance, or suitability of our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. You use Api Fuse entirely at your own risk.

7. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are final and non-refundable once a plan is activated.
• If you believe you are eligible for a refund due to a genuine issue, contact us. Refunds are issued only in exceptional cases and are not guaranteed.

8. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion if we suspect abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and intellectual property related to Api Fuse are owned by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without permission.

10. Price & Service Changes

We may change pricing or discontinue services at any time without notice. Continued use of the services implies your acceptance of the changes.

11. Modifications to the Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of Api Fuse after changes means you agree to the new terms. The latest version will always be available on this page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
